Ever since rabbi Schwei ruled that your purim seudah had to be in his opinion with seperate seating, you have used the offices of the vaaf hakahal to further your personal vendetta against him. You have trashed him publicly, to the extent that you used vaad hakahal funds to print a glossy booklet questioning his legitamacy as a Rav and other insults. You locked him out of his office, you cut his telephone, you have withheld his salary and health insurance for over a year. Where do you get the audacity to write an open letter to him at this point? You forced him to go find a place to open an office where he can continue his work, an office which is truly accessible to the multitude of anash that need open access to a Rav at all times. You attempt to make mincemeat of any issue that is connected to Rabbi Schwei. You do not answer hazmonos to any Din Torah, you have destroyed the harmony of the Netzigim that represent the people to the Vaad Hakahal. You have time and time again refused to show financial statement of the Vaad Hakahal and the JCC. You might have a point, the fact is that Rabbi Schwei went out and found whatever Moshe Rubashkin wanted to do, wrong with a negative finding in Halacha. I.E, since Moshe rubashkin had that plan for purim, he bedavka went to find a issur, not like you write that moshe went against him. i have my true inside sources about this fact. and same applies to many other things i.e. Kashrus and other community affairs that whatever moshe rubashking intended to do, then *afterwards* he came and showed the world hes wrong no matter what he did.

When was the last time you asked somone to become your business partner by posting a sign all over 770?

Those are the facts. My OPINION is that I support Rubashkin all the way, that rabbis schweii remaining on the beis din with osdoba would just be a disaster that would just grow and grow. All this invitations to go to the shechita etc. were controled by YB just to yoitze zayn Rabbi Schwei clearly stated that he wil get involved in kashrus when kashrus will be returned to the kehila and not be controled by 2 individuals.
